Coaching Process

1. Free Goal Setting Session
Spend 1.5 hours with Maree free of charge to take stock and set goals.

2. Coaching Services
Typically a coaching series is set at 12 sessions, 1 hour per week or fortnight. Sessions are offered face-to-face or by telephone.

3. Where to Begin...
